STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Thank you for choosing Ramla Perfumes. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

  1. Shipping and Delivery
    We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Ramla Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
  2. Returns and Exchanges
    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund if applicable.
  3. Product Availability
    All products are subject to availability. In case an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or issue a refund.
  4. Order Issues
    If you experience any problems with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
  5. Use of Products
    Our perfumes are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, and keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All content, including images, logos, and product descriptions on our website, belongs to Ramla Perfumes and may not be used without permission.
  7. Governing Law
    These terms and all sales are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled under Canadian jurisdiction.
